"Trust in the Lord with all your heart And do not lean on your own understanding" Proverbs 3:5

 Hello Friends,
With so much happening in the world today and with our government being shutdown, our situation seems so small. But God sees everything and knows everything that we are thinking, so He knows our burdens and heartaches.
We have been informed of another "road block" that the insurance has put up. It involves coverage for Jace to go to Hopkins for surgery. Even though they have said that he can go to Hopkins to have the surgery, there have been stipulations placed onto that statement. We are looking into it and are moving as swiftly as we can to get things resolved. Of course though, until this is resolved the surgery can't move forward. They are still holding a place for his second surgery, penciled in for Nov. 14, but we don't know if that will need to be moved, since he needs the first surgery two weeks before the November date.
Proverbs 3:5 "Trust in the Lord with all your heart And do not lean on your own understanding". The Lord calls us to this, and we are trusting! We are asking for our prayer warriors to lift this situation up to our Great God, for a swift answer and for His will to be done! No matter what the answer, His will to be done! Thank you all for being a great family in Christ to us! We will keep you updated.

  1. Praying fervently, trusting in His goodness, and feeling His peace as I lift up your family in prayer. He is all knowing and all powerful. I have been reading Isaiah lately and these verses stood out to me:

3 "You will keep in perfect peace
    those whose minds are steadfast,
    because they trust in you.
4 Trust in the Lord forever,
for the Lord, the Lord himself, is the Rock eternal."
    (Isaiah 26:3-4)

I know you are trusting in Him. Keep His Word close to your heart, so that you will not grow discouraged. When I feel anxious, I use His Word to cast out fear and silence the worries.
Love you guys!!! Praying for you all.
