Tomorrow is the day! Praise God!

Hello! We have not been keeping up on this blog, so sorry.  Jace is doing very well and we will be leaving the hospital tomorrow! There have been so many people who have touched our lives while we have been here.  Its going to be a happy tear filled day. We will be staying in Baltimore for another week for follow up appointments and then headed home:) Jace is already trying to stand up to get around! Praise God!!!
